Welcome to Inns of the Corps

Inns of the Corps stands as a distinctive lodging option nestled at 3018 Russell Rd, Quantico, VA, catering primarily to active military personnel and those approved within the military community. With a solid 4.2-star rating, the hotel offers practical accommodations close to key military events, like those at Officer Candidate School (OCS), making it a convenient choice for visitors tied to military affairs.

The rooms at Inns of the Corps are known for their spaciousness and general cleanliness, echoing the functionality expected of military-affiliated housing. Guests appreciate the well-maintained, business-friendly amenities that support a productive stay. However, some aspects like flooring and décor suggest there is room for improvement to better align with guest comfort—rugs and common areas could benefit from refreshed styling beyond the utilitarian barracks vibe.

While the hotel’s practical charm resonates, it also carries limitations that are crucial for potential guests to recognize. Reservations are exclusive to active military members or approved personnel, a detail that is often unclear on the website and may lead to confusion for civilian travelers. Transparency in reservation policies would greatly enhance the booking experience and set accurate expectations.

The quiet hum of the air conditioning and the simple furnishings might not suit everyone, especially those longing for home comforts like a familiar pillow or a whisper-quiet room. Yet, for those seeking purpose-driven lodging with close proximity to military activities, Inns of the Corps delivers on convenience and function.

Overall, Inns of the Corps blends military tradition with hospitality to serve a niche audience effectively. Although the hotel could embrace upgrades to elevate atmosphere and clarity in communication, its role as a welcoming waypoint for military guests is evident and valuable. For travelers connected to the military, this brand offers more than just a room—it provides a sense of belonging and purpose-driven rest in the heart of Quantico.

I must be getting old. I missed my pillow from home and the AC unit made two much noise. Very convenient for an event at OCS.

Rooms need to be redecorated. They look like Barracks rooms. Rugs replaced throughout especially in elevators.

Looks like a great hotel. However, you have to be active military or military approved to reserve a room here. The website is not clear about this and one can make a reservation without understanding this limitation....SO BE AWARE that the average citizen cannot stay here - despite the ease with which a reservation can be made online by anyone. Instructions should be MUCH clearer to this reality.
